我們的產品都是訂製的，並且在台灣台北手工製作。請允許14-21個工作日來處理您的訂單。商品會在寄出後的2-3個工作日內送達。一旦商品寄出，您將會收到一封包含追蹤號碼的郵件通知。
遺失或被盜的包裹是無法退款的，請在購買完成時確認並重新確認正確的送貨地址。
目前暫不提供海外運送服務。
退換貨
一旦您下訂單，商品將不接受退款或換貨。
唯一的退款例外包括：
- 商品有缺陷或損壞
- 送錯商品
換貨需經 GLITTROOM 批准，並可進行討論，我們將支付退回運費。如果您對訂單有任何問題，請聯繫我們或在Instagram上直接私訊 @glittroomm。

SHIPPING
Our products are MADE-TO-ORDER and handcrafted in Taipei, Taiwan. Please allow 14-21 working days for the processing of your order. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days after shipping. Once items are shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email.
Lost or stolen packages are non-refundable, please verify and re-confirm the correct shipping address when you complete purchases.
Overseas shipping is “ temporarily ” unavailable.
RETURNS
Once you place your order, there are no refunds or exchanges on the item.
The only exceptions for refund include:
-Defective or damaged items
-Wrong item sent
The exchange must be approved by GLITTROOM and can be discussed, we will pay the return shipping costs. If you are facing problems with your order, please contact us or DM @glittroomm on Instagram.
